Gauge: 18 sts x 26 rows = 4 inches or 10cm in stockinette stitch using larger needles, after blocking. 20 sts x 48 rows (i.e. 24 ridges) = 4 inches or 10cm in garter stitch using smaller needles, after blocking

Finished Measurements: Garment chest: 18.75 (19.5, 21, 21.75 // 23.5, 26.25, 28.5, 30.25) inches

Materials Used: Approximately 275 (300, 325, 350 // 375, 450, 600, 700) yards of worsted to aran weight merino or merino blend yarn.

Needle Size:

  • US 8 or 5mm needle (or size needed to match stockinette stitch gauge).
  • 1 set of matching dpns for sleeves.
  • US 6 or 4mm needle (or size needed to match garter stitch gauge).
