This design is from an early 1900's Mushroom encyclopedia.  Firefly notes has restored the image and crafted it atop a handy slider tin.

2 sizes to choose from.

Large 3 9/16" length 2 5/16" width 7/16" deep

Small: 2 1/4 inches long by 1 1/4 wide.

Both Sizes are great for stitch markers and other notions
